Case Study: Quickbooks ConversionThis auto collision repair company was experiencing a variety of inefficiencies associated with their manual business processes. The company was using multiple versions of QuickBooks throughout their 16 store locations. The situation required that they go back and forth through the different versions to view specific information.

For example, if a branch had to return bad parts, someone within the corporate office had to manually adjust the information in QuickBooks at month-end, which became a drain on an already busy accounting department. Because the process took roughly 40 days to complete, information for the month of February (for example) would not be received until the middle of April, leading to delayed analysis and decision-making.

Solution

After meeting with the customer to gain an understanding of exactly what they needed in an operating system, HighTower implemented NetSuite. This solution allowed all of the customer's store locations to work seamlessly off of a single system.

Results

The solution that HighTower implemented enabled the corporate office to gather information much faster-in real time-and much more efficiently. Since information is now received immediately (vs. weeks or months later), corporate can now make faster, better-informed business decisions.
